How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey.

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that vintage items and 'Final Sale' products are non-returnable.

How should I care for my handmade textiles and pillows?
To preserve the vibrant colors and delicate embroidery of our textiles, we recommend professional dry cleaning or spot cleaning with a mild detergent and cold water.
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen. If your item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
