We want you to love your Furbish Studio finds, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Pack Your Items
Carefully repackage your items in their original box or a similar sturdy container to ensure they arrive back to us without damage.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
